Sorting before we arrive
The single best thing you can do is separate keep from go before we show up. Even rough piles help. Time we spend waiting on decisions is time on the clock.
If you'd rather decide as we go, that's completely fine — just tell us when you book so we can allow for it in the window.
What we can't take from a garage
Garages are where hazardous material collects. Old paint, motor oil, gasoline, pesticides, propane tanks, and car batteries can't legally go in our truck.
Most Maryland counties run household hazardous waste drop-off days — check your county's solid waste page. Latex paint is an exception: dry it out with cat litter or a hardener, and once solid it can go with the regular load.

Do you sweep up afterward?
Yes. Broom-clean is part of every job, not an add-on.
Can you take old paint?
Not in liquid form. Dried-out latex paint is fine. Oil-based paint and solvents need county hazardous waste disposal.
