works
No hourly meter, no surprise add-ons. One flat number, agreed before we load a thing.
The three things that set your price
Junk removal is priced on volume, not weight — what matters is how much room your items take up in the truck. On top of that, two things adjust the number:
- Distance. How far the pickup sits from us in Baltimore County.
- Volume. How much of the truck your load fills.
- Teardown. A straight pickup costs less than a job where we dismantle a shed, deck, or hot tub first.
Why we quote from photos
Phone descriptions are unreliable — not because anyone's being dishonest, but because "a few boxes" means different things to different people. Photos remove the guesswork, which is what lets us commit to a flat number instead of an estimate that moves once we're in your driveway.

Items priced separately
A few things carry their own fee because the disposal facility charges us specifically for them:
- Mattresses and box springs
- Appliances containing refrigerant — fridges, freezers, AC units
- Tires
- Heavy material like concrete, brick, and dirt, which is priced by weight rather than volume
The promise: the price we quote is the price you pay, unless the pile grows before we get there. If something changes, you hear about it before we start loading — never after.
What's always included
- All labor and lifting, including stairs and basements
- Disassembly when something won't fit through a door
- Sweeping the space when we're done
- Disposal, recycling, and donation runs
Common questions

Why don't you list prices on the site?
Because a fixed price sheet would either overcharge the small jobs or underprice the big ones. Two 'garage cleanouts' can differ by a factor of five. Quoting from photos means the number you get is the number for your job.
Can the price change on the day?
Only if the job changed. If the pile grew after you sent photos, or something turns up that wasn't mentioned, we'll tell you the new number before we start loading — never after.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Quotes are free and there's no obligation to book.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes, there's a minimum that covers the trip out. For single small items, it's usually worth asking a neighbor if they have anything to add so you get more value out of the visit.
How do I pay?
Card, tap-to-pay, or cash on completion. Businesses and contractors can be invoiced through Square instead.
