What counts as junk removal?

Most people call us when something is too big for the trash, too heavy to move alone, or too awkward for the county pickup schedule. A sectional that won't fit down the stairs. A dead fridge in the garage. Twenty years of boxes in a basement nobody's opened since the kids moved out.

We take almost all of it. You point, we carry, we sweep, we go. Nothing needs to be dragged to the curb first — that's the part people are usually most relieved to hear.

How the price gets set

Junk removal is priced on volume, not weight, so what matters is how much room your stuff takes up in the truck. A single mattress is a small slice. A full basement is most of a load.

Three things move the number: how far the pickup is from us, how much of the truck it fills, and whether anything needs to be taken apart or torn down before it can be loaded. That's it. Send photos and you get a real figure before we book anything.

What happens after we drive off

Usable furniture and working appliances go to donation when we can find them a home. Metal goes to scrap. Electronics go to e-waste. Whatever's genuinely finished goes to a licensed Maryland transfer station.

It costs us more to sort than to dump everything in one pile, but it keeps a surprising amount out of the landfill and it's the right way to run the thing.
