Why we started

I'm Isaac, and I run Haul & Go out of Baltimore County. I started it because I kept hearing the same story from people: they book a hauler, get a number over the phone, and then watch that number climb once the truck is already in the driveway and the stuff is half loaded.

That's a lousy position to put somebody in, and it's avoidable. Quote from photos, commit to the number, and honor it.

How we work

• Flat pricing. Quoted before we arrive, held unless the job changes.
• All the lifting. Nothing goes to the curb first. Stairs and disassembly included.
• Broom clean. We sweep the space before we leave.
• Owner on site. When you call, you get me. When the truck shows up, I'm on it.

Where the stuff goes

Sorting costs us time, but it keeps a real amount of material out of the landfill. Usable furniture and working appliances go to donation when we can place them. Metal goes to scrap. Electronics go to e-waste recycling. What's genuinely finished goes to a licensed Maryland transfer station.

Maryland only, on purpose

We keep our routes inside Maryland rather than spreading across the region. Tighter routes mean we can actually make the windows we promise, and it means less drive time baked into your quote.
