The stuff inside counts too
Nearly every shed we tear down still has things in it — mowers, bikes, paint, bags of hardened concrete mix. That contributes to the volume, so mention it when you send photos.
Fuel, propane tanks, and pesticides need to come out separately and go to county hazardous waste. Drain the mower's gas tank before we arrive.
What's underneath
Sheds sit on gravel, pavers, wood skids, or a poured slab. Gravel and pavers we can clear easily. A full concrete slab is heavy enough to be priced separately, so tell us which you have.

Do I need to empty the shed first?
No, but tell us what's in it so the quote is accurate. Fuel and chemicals do need to come out separately.
Can you take the concrete pad?
Yes, though slabs are priced separately because of weight. Gravel and paver bases are usually included.
